Product and Production Inspections

  • For all inspections, Rayche Solutions uses the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension.

What is Pre-Production Inspection?

It’s an Inspection performed prior to production, supplier manufactures few samples according to your request. At this stage, a full scale inspection is key in order to assess if the potential supplier is able to meet your requirements.

We will ensure you actually receive qualified and unqualified test sample reports, and we will ship only samples from qualified suppliers.

On-site Product Inspection (Initial Production inspection, Production Monitoring ,In-Production Check, Pre-Shipment Inspection)

An Initial Production inspection is an on-site preliminary product Inspection performed from production begins to 20% has been completed. A preliminary inspection of all machinery and materials to be used in your production, and it’s the first step in ensuring the quality of your product to be consistent throughout production. An Initial Production inspection is an early-warning system that keep your product away from costly import risks

Production Monitoring

It’s an on-site Product Inspection performed on daily basis of your production and provide a clear picture of the Order production until completion. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, randomly selecting parts for inspection to identify and eliminate any defects. Daily reports regarding quality and completion status on that will make you in control of the entire process. Production Monitoring keeps your product consistent and to your specifications.

In- Production Check

is an on-site Product Inspection performed when 20-80% of your production is completed before packed for shipping. This inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production informs you whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your original specifications, and if your production is still on schedule. In-Production Check keeps your production on the right track

A Pre-Shipment Inspection

is a systematic inspection of units selected by sampling from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete. It’s the final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to get the right products
