QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS , EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Thorough knowledge of quality control inspection techniques and methods.
- Ability to use common measurement tools (calipers, micrometer, plug gauges, thread gauges, tape measure, Hardness Testers, Projector, Roughness instruments, Metallography) to accurately perform inspections.
- Proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of ISO Standards and TS16949 management system
- Understanding of digital photography with the ability to incorporate images into MS Word or MS Excel documents.
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes such as welding, punching, injection and blow molding, painting and assembly.
- More than 10 years experience as a quality control inspector performing incoming or receiving inspection, preferably in mechanical industry, say Starter motor, die casting, gears manufacturing.
- Excellent mechanical abilities Ability to read and “decode” CAD drawings
- Experience in dealing with customized mechanical products.
